Hello, I’m Lloyd and I am a Personal Trainer based in Fleet, Hampshire.

I offer both online and face to face personal training that’s fully customized to you. Whatever your goal may be, my approach is rooted in holistic, sustainable progress. That means tailored training programs, meal planning, and regular check-ins to keep you motivated, accountable, and moving forward — no matter your starting point.

Qualification & Experience

  • Sport and Exercise Science BSc
  • Level 2 Gym Instructor
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Level 4 Nutrition Endorsed by RPSH 
  • Over 15 Years experience in Health & Fitness
  • Competed in many sports including football, rugby, archery, triathlon and BJJ.
