Hello, I’m Lloyd and I am a Personal Trainer based in Fleet, Hampshire.

I offer both online and face to face personal training that’s fully customized to you. Whatever your goal may be, my approach is rooted in holistic, sustainable progress. Qualification & Experience

  • Sport and Exercise Science BSc
  • Level 2 Gym Instructor
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Level 4 Nutrition Endorsed by RPSH 
  • Over 15 Years experience in Health & Fitness
  • Competed in many sports including football, rugby, archery, triathlon and BJJ.
