- Sport and Exercise Science BSc
- Level 2 Gym Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Level 4 Nutrition Endorsed by RPSH
- Over 15 Years experience in Health & Fitness
- Competed in many sports including football, rugby, archery, triathlon and BJJ.
